Wow! I have had botox at various clinics, from Kamloops to Kelowna, in the last ten years. This clinic is miles above the rest. The staff is professional and friendly and the actual botox procedure was painfree, bruise free and very very well done. Unlike every other clinic, Dr Venter used a new needle for each individual insertion. No icing was needed and I am very excited about the professional quality of the results. I highly recommend this clinic for the latest technology and treatments

I was looking for a specific tree I couldn't find anywhere in the okanagan. BMN offered to look for the tree when picking up an order in the lower mainland. Upon their return from their trip, they called me with the good news and agreed to hold the tree for me for a week without payment until I could make it in to pick it up. Great people.

Monashee Outdoors is a local gem run by a great couple (Ryan and Lisa). The store only stocks high-quality brands and products so its easy to shop there without having to do much research. Plus, the staff is very knowledgeable and happy to advise. Outdoor shoes, boots, clothing, backpacks, camping supplies, archery, you name it... this store is a treasure trove for fellow outdoor enthusiasts.

We needed an assessment of our water system to determine the cause of low pressure. Pinnacle Water Pump service booked an appt promptly and came to Salmon Arm to do a pump test on our well pump and replaced the water pressure tank that was malfunctioning. Great service from very knowledgeable team.

My family was really feeling the effects of the destructive windstorm that hit the Lower Mainland. Had a 3-day power outage due to a tree taking out our service line. It was difficult to access with their aerial lift truck, especially on a dark and rainy night, but they got everything in working order real quick. Lots of respect to these guys for their hard work and long hours while away from their families during the holidays.

This is the greatest little flower shop! I've stopped in a couple of times when I am in Salmon Arm and found them to be helpful and have a nice selection of quality flowers for all price points. I called this morning because I really needed a special bouquet delivered - they went above and beyond - even calling back to let me know where things were at. This is why people love small towns! Andrea and her Mom are the best.
