I have attended the store twice, once for the installation of a watch battery and the second to acquire a watch strap and purchase ear rings for my wife. Both times the prices were reasonable and the service very fast. When I entered the store I had an immediate sense that it was a good place to be/good feeling. The staff are excellent.

In the Fall of 2020, having heated our farmhouse with a wood burning cookstove for many decades, we finally decided to install heat pumps to make life a little more comfortable. I rented an auger to drill holes for a swingset, but my yard is very rocky, the throttle became loose, the owner can’t and looked and explained what happened. He also came and picked it up for me, he explained was a 5 minute fix and didn’t charge extra. Was very pleasant and understanding. Very good customer service. Will go back if need any other equipment. Good job!

I have been working with A Direct for many years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are responsive and have brought home our kids (we live and work at a boarding school) reliably for years. Even if it is a late night (early morning), last minute call... Very professional. They did the basement floor in my house in 1989 or so. No issues whatsoever. Fast forward to today [2025] and they did my new garage floor. It looks great and the second generation Carters delivered the same quality. I picked them again as my brother had major issues with another local concrete business. Thanks Steve,Mandy and the crew.

Awesome, helpful people at Havelock Pharmacy. My husband found himself out of town without an important medication. One phone call to Havelock Pharmacy and they phoned our pharmacy in Toronto, transferred the prescription, obtained his medical coverage info and filled his emergency supply. THANK YOU!
