These guys do an excellent job!
My Outlander had a front damage, the whole bumper, lights, grill was ripped off as by a collision with a pick-up truck. They accepted me right away and fixed my car in seven working days. In a meantime I was driving a Dodge SUV a very nice comfy car with lots of feature built in (no complaints). The repair is excellent new and shiny better than before. Good job guys.
I strongly recommend this body shop to anyone (in need).

I'm the maintenance manager for my building. I call these guys anytime we have a pest problem. The staff - from their office to the service guys - are very professional and informative. Simply put these guys are exceptional and reconnected my electrical service entrance when Hydro left us in the dark and cold at the end of Feb 2017 (tree cutting crew saw that that the utility wire was lying on the roof and immediately pulled our meter). They had us reconnected in what had to be record time and a full day under the time they predicted and within the budget they originally provided.
Could not be happier with their exceptional service and quality of workmanship.

I can't say enough about this North Van Locost, they truly go out of their way to be helpful! Very genuine staff! I travel from out of province every couple of months to vist my aging mother. They are very accomidating to what vehicle would be suitable for us while I visit. They even pick me up from where I'm staying and return me at the end of my renting. These people are in the right business!
P.S. I love the Fiat!

I have been going to North Shore optical since my doctor told me I could benefit from reading glasses. The staff is hands down one of the friendliest staff I have ever met! My eye doctor tried to pressure me into buying glasses from his connected store but it made me feel uncomfortable and the glasses were sooooo boring! I'd seen North Shore optical on the street before so I thought I give them a try and boy I wasn't disappointed. I had this idea of big 80's style frames something big and comfy they didn't have exactly what I wanted but they took me through a catalog and showed me the perfect pair , they were so knowledgeable and patient! It actually seemed like they cared! Instead of the regular do you like any of these...No? oh well try some where else then. If you want to have a great optical experience hands down I cant recommend them enough they really know their stuff!

They assisted me immediately, with care and kindness and when they couldn’t fix the problem themselves, referred me to someone who They thought could. I've been having my oil changed at Auto Express for years, and also getting repairs as things come up. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and offer the best deal in town! Yesterday they changed my oil, topped up all the fluids (the washer fluid was completely gone), and even fixed a leak in the stem of my right rear tire without any extra charge... just over $30, and all done in 15 minutes.

My garburator, which I had installed myself, was no longer receiving power. I spoke with Jim on the phone, after confirming I'd done some basic troubleshooting he suggested checking that the internal wiring hadn't come loose, as 90% of the time this was the case for my particular problem. Sure enough, after I re-stripped a wire and reconnected everything, the garburator was again. Jim offered his expertise free of charge over the phone, and saved me a potentially expensive service call!
