My husband and I were very impressed today with the setup and layout of the garden centre during the pandemic. The staff at the gate with hand sanitizer, the aisles set up with arrows to follow, staff available to assist with questions, good setup at the cash and someone to wipe down the wagon after loading your car. Very pleased with the service and it shows that they really care for their customers and staff during this stressful time. Thank you Cultivate Gardens and we shall return.

On holiday, needed emergency repair of vehicle. Stopped at Shannon Motors, no appointment, mechanic diagnosed the problem, estimate provided, next day appointment set, repairs completed as per estimate. We are enjoying the rest of holiday thanks to the excellent and friendly service provided by the professional staff.

Went at the end October 2017 They are under new ownership The food was absolutely marvelous. We had surf and turf special, and was it ever. Cocktails, also delicious, and cheesecake for dessert. Presentation of food, taste and blend of flavours, cooked to perfection and served piping hot,great service, friendly staff. A most memorable dinner. We will be back :)

Rob at RAM Electrical was, without question, the greatest experience I've had with a trade or contractor. Flipping breakers like a new homeowner dummy, I blew a circuit and wound up losing power to my whole house. Rob took my call and came over immediately, despite it being the end of his work day. These guys came in at the appointed time did a great job and cleaned up after. It was amazing to see the amount of lint come out of our dryer duct. What was in there was a fire hazzard. God to have it gone and we'll have them back again next year.

We purchased a new Kingfisher in 2017. There was one minor heating issue that appeared. Brad from Parksville Boathouse came right to the boat on mainland BC side and fixed problem, and performed initial service and check. Boat is running flawlessly. Thanks Brad and Parksville Boathouse.
