Drillwell is a family run company that is organized, efficient & there is no surprises with them as they keep you informed along the way. This is a first class business. They did my gravel driveway and did a first class job. They have the equipment. This business and the owner actually saved me thousands of dollars doing the driveway as he suggested. What i really enjoyed was the honesty. After asking to do my driveway the way I thought would be best, the owner suggested with his considerable experience to do the driveway the way he suggested. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience working with Paul and Simone and Alex (the installer). Meetings were on time and full of good information and we were always feeling positive with each step of the way. The installation went as scheduled and met the timeline we needed. Our kitchen on Mt Washington and the IKEA product fits perfect with the look we wanted. 5 out of 5!

When Rich from A-1 Furnavac cleaned our furnace and duct system it was way over due for maintenance! We bought the place in Dec 2003, and although the previous owners had maintained the system the way most of us do - by changing the filter regularly and perhaps attempting to vacuum dust and debris from the air-intake vents - we had not even done that!
I could hear all the stuff racing through Furnavac's high powered vacuum system and into the truck's 'belly'! Wow! I shuddered to think of what else may be getting sucked into the tube - especially since we have 4 cats and you never know what they drag in when you're not looking!
When Rich was done, he showed me some of what got cleaned out of our furnace system - man was there ever alot of dirt in there - well, at least 7 years worth!
He explained some of the reasons why everyone should get their air system cleaned regularly, and apart from the obvious reasons, the one that hit home the most for us was the difference we felt afterwards - no more itchy eyes, sneezing and feeling 'stuffed up' all the time! It's been amazing!
Rich's courteous manner while in our home was professional and made us feel at ease. Whey he left, you would have never known he was there - he took care to leave the areas just as he found them.
We recommend A-1 Furnavac to everyone now, they're great and know what they're doing! Call Rich if you've been experiencing 'bad air' - he gives free in-home estimates!

I moved to campbell river just over 2 years ago. I tried a few groomers in town and was very unimpressed with either the quality of work or the customer service. I tried A1 pet salon and am happy I did. My fur babes have grown to love their visits with Sarah. Fantastic grooming practices, very clean and quiet atmosphere. This young lady deserves to be recognized. :-)
