We used Dean’s twice in the last couple of month’s. Dustin gave us good service. I appreciated his ability to communicate, his honesty (our first set of leaks was super simple to fix ?), and his efficiency.
The first one about communication is a sore spot for me with other contractors. I’ve had some companies that super suck at it and you end up waiting and waiting and waiting,.....

Talk about Superior customer service on Oct 28/2019 ! My door closer was broken so Steve send his man down right away at 8 am within 20 minutes a brand new was put in and my door is like new . Professional - kind - courteous- these are just a few words to describe the care & attention you’ll receive at this business. I am a recent (June 2017) below the knee amputee which is quite traumatizing to wake up & discover you are missing a limb, but Dr Beek assured me I would be up & walking in no time & with his recommendations & expertise in prosthetics I am up - walking- & rocking the prosthetic leg he made me!!!! My kids & I can’t say enough about the wonderful service provided to us!!

I hired Stahl electric to do lighting and ventilation in my home salon. They showed up in a timely manner and were very fast and clean. I had them come back later on to do some odd jobs around our house and they were very professional. Nicky and Mark were a dream to work with!!

My mother & her husband recently had a water heater issue, & were told they’d need a whole new water tank...that theirs was 9 1/2 yrs old. Though they were sure it was more recent than that, they’re elderly so conceded & a new unit was installed. We then found the receipt from THIS company...they HAD installed a brand new water heater 4 1/2 yes ago! When they were called out on it, and told it WAS still under warranty, they still charged them hundreds of dollars for a service call & installation
