Used BJ's many times to tow and kept my failing vehicle running using parts from them for years so recommend them as overall they have been great. Can get very busy in office and with towing so I recommend a little patience but overall they have been very good in sourcing parts or in rescuing my family and I in breakdowns needing towing.

I cannot express strongly enough how terrific Cariboo Steel & Machine Ltd is. I am from the Okanagan and I required a broken weld repair on my trailer in a hurry. Not only did they analyze my situation, they repaired my trailer and I was able to safely continue to my fishing destination shortly thereafter. So far above and beyond any service I have ever experienced in my life, helped me drop my gas tank and fix my truck right on the spot for 7 hrs cause of the long weekend.
