In the Fall of 2020, having heated our farmhouse with a wood burning cookstove for many decades, we finally decided to install heat pumps to make life a little more comfortable. I rented an auger to drill holes for a swingset, but my yard is very rocky, the throttle became loose, the owner can’t and looked and explained what happened. He also came and picked it up for me, he explained was a 5 minute fix and didn’t charge extra. Was very pleasant and understanding. Very good customer service. Will go back if need any other equipment. Good job!

I have been working with A Direct for many years and have never had a bad experience. Very professional. They did the basement floor in my house in 1989 or so. No issues whatsoever. Fast forward to today [2025] and they did my new garage floor.
