I rented an auger to drill holes for a swingset, but my yard is very rocky, the throttle became loose, the owner can’t and looked and explained what happened. He also came and picked it up for me, he explained was a 5 minute fix and didn’t charge extra. Was very pleasant and understanding. Very good customer service. Will go back if need any other equipment. Good job!

I have to say I can find insurance a little overwhelming. But when I bought my house Dean Coulter made me comfortable and offered me chances to ask questions. Six months later after some fog cleared I needed some things clarified and advice on bundling my insurance. I felt silly but Dean said no question is a silly question. I left feeling like he cared and I was wiser about my policy. Thanks Dean

Called when I noticed small puddles above the tank. Explained the situation around 11am and at 2pm they were here. Not only fantastic service but a pleasure conversing with them. I will be recommending them to neighbours and friends.

I have been working with A Direct for many years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are responsive and have brought home our kids (we live and work at a boarding school) reliably for years. Even if it is a late night (early morning), last minute call... A Direct is always ready and able to take care of us as if we were family. It's a privilege doing business with Bill and his team!

Nick was one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with. He did a Hydro service upgrade for me at my cottage. Very neat and tidy workmanship. cleans up after the job. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing electrical services.

Brett came highly recommended from our house inspector and the local hardware store. I got 3 competitive quotes from local eaves installers. Brett's approach was the most direct, his quote was clear, not the least expensive but certainly reasonable. Brett carefully matched the eaves colour to our siding to match. The job was completed expediently.

They accidently put the wrong tires on my truck, but only noticed when it was time to pay. They ended up charging me what they quoted me in the first place. Saved me $75 from what it should have costed, got a little better tire and left a happy customer. Recommended. I will be a return customer in the future. ;)
