Yousef was out to our house to fix a clogged kitchen sink. He was able to free the clog using a snake. But he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He replaced several worn out drain parts and fixed some flaws in the original install of the sink drain. And super friendly and professional.

I have been a customer of Shoppers at Howard and Tecumseh for many years. The reason for this---customer service--customer respect--knowledge of anything sold in their store--cleanliness --- I especially like how they speak to everyone-even the small children -- no matter how their day is going they are cheerful and responsive to all their customers. Dr. Mortada is a very intelligent and compassionate doctor who has helped my husband deal with chronic headaches and a movement disorder. He has worked with us for a number of years and is always very supportive and positive. Don't know what we would do without him.

I had to go to emerg on a dull monday and had a very good service attendance.
All the rpn's and doctor on staff were caring friendly and very hard at work with a full non-stop clientele in the waiting.
Im so glad i had decided to go this day as i now have a very positive experience.
I hope that those who were on staff that afternoon get a high five for perfection.
