I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. Have nothing but great things to say about Pop a Lock. My husband and I live in Toronto and had a storage unit in Allison and we were positive that we had lost the key and needed the lock cut or “popped”. We contacted these guys and without hesitation we’re told that he could be there within two hours and gave us a very, very reasonable charge for the service. As it turned out, we actually found the key. The customer service and response time were AMAZING! Will definitely recommend!! Thanks!

Always an enjoyable experience. Many years ago I was afraid to go to the dentist. The needles, the pain, the dental cleaning was unpleasant, and the suck it up attitude was not a fun experience. With Dr. Rosanna Porretta and her Team, everyone is pleasant and professional. I am very happy with their service, I had sever pain and it was 6 pm. my dentist was closed, I was trying to reach to any dental office, I called toothport as it was the only office around me open, they got to see me at 7:45 pm. I was amazed by the way everyone treated me and cared about my pain.

Could not have asked for a more professional and thorough move.
They understood the restrictions with the elevator times on the receiving end of the move, and were very accomodating to ensure the furniture was unloaded on time. Last time I used a moving company, it was a disaster....and that was a "Big Name" company. Would definatley recommend the Barrie office to anyone moving in the Barrie area.
