I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. Have nothing but great things to say about Pop a Lock. My husband and I live in Toronto and had a storage unit in Allison and we were positive that we had lost the key and needed the lock cut or “popped”. We contacted these guys and without hesitation we’re told that he could be there within two hours and gave us a very, very reasonable charge for the service. Always an enjoyable experience. Many years ago I was afraid to go to the dentist. The needles, the pain, the dental cleaning was unpleasant, and the suck it up attitude was not a fun experience.
