Jamie Bruce was excellent from start to finish with my accident. Every legal questioned answered, with everything explained in plain language. Andy is truly a master of his trade. He has saved our non-profit housing complex many expenses because he is skilled at repairs-- instead of instantly suggesting a replacement lock or panic - exit bars - because he knows how to do repairs -& has access to the parts needed. He is patient & explains what he plans to do to fix a problem. & is also punctual and will call if delayed.. very respectful of my time as a housing manager. His pricing is fair & he works hard to accommodate customers.

Professional, prompt, thorough , courteous,and great people to deal with. Needed to have most of my outlets and light switches replaced. The price quoted is the price you pay no hidden extras. Also no messes left behind, furniture is put back and pictures rehung. Cannot say enough about the service provided. I feel very secure and safe with their expertise and wIll definitely use them again.
