Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. Teresa is truly one of a kind. I have been seeing Teresa for over a year now, taken a few of her classes and she has helped me learn how to help myself. I brought my Mother in to find a seat for her toilet and to buy a new walker. The gal we dealt with was so compassionate, knowledgeable and very patient with my Mother. My Mother did get a seat and found a wonderful walker. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but said they would order one and it would be delivered to her in about two days. The next day it was delivered and she phoned me all excited about the walker and getting it that day. You made her very happy. Thank you so much. Sue

The gang at Granville Island Boat yard are great. Also a big thank you to Skookum Yacht Services and Stem to Stern Marine!! I recently had some work done by a very unprofessional company called Blue Marine Service. Once they gang at Granville Island Boatyard heard of the issues and that the boat had to be hauled back into the yard to have the work redone, they waived the yard fees... NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Patrick helped me replace my mailbox key. From the time I called him, he was very friendly and it was easy to set up an appointment. He showed up a few minutes earlier than our appointment and get the job done so fast. I was very happy with his service. Richard's restoration work is fantastic. Antique tools, antique methods, antique paper used in restoration. I have used him many times for my 16th and 17th century books. If you want quick turn around times, he is not your man. But if you want quality, historically sensitive, rebinding of exceptional quality all at very reasonable prices - visit him.

Prompt, professional tree removal… everything done from the air with scissor arm and cherry picker truck...sawyer and groundcrew very safety conscious... Face screens, hardhats, ear protectors... had a large, scary 60-foot tree and they removed it beautifully. Branches chipped... blocks cut to manageable sizes, stacked neatly if requested, or they will haul them away if you prefer. Yard and alleyway raked, debris all removed. Very good tree removal service. Do yourself a favor, call Nick’s!
