I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! We just had Ash Chimney Sweeps to our home in Brantford to remove raccoons from our chimney. They were fantastic, removed the raccoon without harming it, cleaned our chimney from the debris, sealed the chimney off and repaired a shingle the raccoons had been digging at. They were professional and knowledgeable. Thankyou will be recommending them to everyone.
