I brought my Mother in to find a seat for her toilet and to buy a new walker. The gal we dealt with was so compassionate, knowledgeable and very patient with my Mother. My Mother did get a seat and found a wonderful walker. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but said they would order one and it would be delivered to her in about two days. The next day it was delivered and she phoned me all excited about the walker and getting it that day. You made her very happy. Thank you so much. Sue

Best dental experience Ive ever had, only at Star Dental. The staffs are very friendly and the facilities are clean and modern. I was extremely nervous about my extraction and the staff did their best to make me as comfortable as possible, many thanks to Dr. Komal . The procedure was surprisingly quick and pain-free. I will make sure to refer my friends and colleagues to Star Dental on West Broadway.

We worked with Paul a few weeks ago to do the home inspection for our first home. He was super knowledgeable, patient with all the questions, meticulous, friendly and professional. I don't have words to commend his ethics and hard work.
Today, after moving in to our new place we panicked because there was some water on the floor. We contacted Paul (without a previous appointment) who came to our rescue very late in the night. This guy deserves a prize.

Super professional and prompt service. They have a vast knowledge in a variety of automotive equipment. Just when I thought no one could fix it, they could! They’re also government certified and were able to provide equipment safety inspections for us. Larry always reminds us to send our A/C machine in for maintenance every 6 months so we don’t get caught without a machine in the busy summer months. I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.

I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support!
