Dr. Kwong was patient and allowed me the time to lure my puppy into positions for examination. I didn’t feel rushed by her and she explained treatment options in a way that I understood. I also didn’t feel financial pressure regarding treatment for my dog. This is especially important in my situation because my dogs medical issues are looking to be chronic, therefor expensive.
