The technician Justin that arrived to my house to address the issue with my fridge was not only knowledgeable but polite and respectful. Michelle, booked the appointment for the visit. I have been using these guys for years. I have several investment properties and they need appliance repair on regular basis. Answered my email question within an hour. "Guesstimate" to replace dryer element was +/- $200.00. Booked a time window, was at my home right at the end of the window. Very friendly. Abbi found loose wires, no need for element. Service call was 1/2 the estimate. Running like new. Highly recommend.
