After a year of searching for a martial arts school, I sincerely found the best one out there. There is such a positive vibe and great sportsmanship from all the kids. The staff treats you like family and everything is explained to you in detail and confidential. Sensei is great with the kids and cares about each of his students. After 4 years, we are still at Safeguard Martial Arts and will continue with this school.

These people are angles. After having gone to other car mechanics I ended up at Art's Automotive more then 7 years ago. I just came back from them again and I must tell you how great they were. They are more then good service, they are beyond my expectations and that is why I say they are angels. I feel I can trust Art's Automotive and recommend Art's to anyone.

I would NEVER have anyone but Chantelle frame my valuable work - be it for an exhibition in an international gallery or for our walls at home. Seeing how her intuitive expertise enhances the artwork she frames puts me in a sublime Frame of Mind. Unfortunately there isn't a 10-Star rating, otherwise I'd have to give her a 'Perfect 10'!

I signed up my teen age son last year because he was shy and introverted. Only after 6 months I noticed his mood has changed much better and positive. The Master Instructor gave him many great advices in fitness & healthy eating, now my son have breakfast with me every morning. He used to skip the breakfast all the time in the past. He is now more confident and he plays less video games. Instead he works out and helps around the house. Good job Master Jae!

My dog and I have been clients for over 9 years and Cheryl and her staff always treated us with warmth and empathy. My dog always looked his best after a session in their care and they are also a great source of information on dog care in general. I would highly recommend anyone take their pet to Cheryl for grooming and some tips to make life with a dog even more rewarding!

I love this place! Great staff, excellent customer service. The store has a good selection of books, instruments, and accessories. If you don't see what you need, it can quickly be ordered in for you. They also offer lots of music lessons and classes for children and adults.

My 18 month old just started at cefa Langley a couple of weeks ago, and in this short time I have seen her flourish in an astounding way. She is doing art projects, learning songs & dances, and is able to say the words for so many things that I haven't taught her myself. The teacher to student ratio is always well over the government minimum, and it is so relieving to know that she is getting so much attention and love. I cannot wait to watch her grow into the older grades, as I walk by these classrooms I can't believe the things they are doing! The school is so organized all the time, and the curriculum is unbeatable. One of the best things, is that there is an on-site chef who makes all of the children's meals from scratch each day. Chef even caters to the fact that my child is a vegetarian. I guess, in sum, I want to say that there is no better feeling in the world to know that if you can't be with your child, at least you are giving them the best experience available.

DCS is by far the best. The instructors are wonderful, the gym is
nice, mats are great, place is spotless and doesn't smell.

I have been working out with Sun Hang Do in Port Coquitlam for just over a year. When I started I had never done anything like it. My exercise since my 40's was chiefly in classes doing weight training and aerobic type exercise at the gym. I was bored with the gym but I needed the discipline imposed by having an instructor and a class time. Mr Mcilmoyl and Mr Park are both incredibly patient (I take longer to learn than the kids!) and knowledgeable instructors. Each class is different and every student is encouraged to do their own personal best. It is an interesting mixture of group workouts and individual skills training. My strength, stamina and flexibility have greatly improved and the brain power required to remember the set skills and patterns will help to stave of dementia. I really enjoy the mix of male and female students aged from 4 years to my 65 years and especially the family groups that come to class together. Mr Park's mixture of gentle but consistent discipline and his innate playfulness has even the most unruly students very quickly participating and loving it. Whatever your fitness level, I encourage you to ask about the free trial classes. I'm really glad I did.

Sandy is my favourite hair dresser, her work on styling and cutting are excellent, I am really satisfied. The price is right too, I could not find another one that good.
