James is fantastic. He can tell you the difference between models of tv's, soundbars, cd players, pretty well everything. How they work, what they work with. He is unbelievable. James was able to help me on the phone after he finished work. I don't know much about new technology but he walked me through everything. The best sales person ever.

Pros: Can not say enough good things about this store. Cheap, fast and quality work that I've never seen anywhere else. I've had my system for a little over 2 years, and have never had a problem with it, I'm a gamer, and it still runs like new.
I've had a few friends get their systems from these guys. Wouldn't reccomend anyone else.
Cons: If I ever think of any, i'll let you know.

I'm very pleased with the service! They answered the phone within three rings. The technician called me back within two minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. In no time he had my computer up and running. He only charged me for a half hour. I highly recommend Techpro! Thanks guys you were great!

I discovered Thor F/X through a discount special, and I'm so glad I did. Their tech came right on time, thoroughly cleaned the PC and then checked drives and software to keep things running quickly and smoothly. He downloaded a couple of malware programs for me and made sure I knew how to use them. He was respectful, used layman's language and was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Thor F/X to any of my friends and family, and I'll certainly call them if I run into any problems.

The service i have been given at this location
has been amazing. The last couple times I have been in the store, I have been helped by Joseph. He has gone over and above of what I'm sure he's expected to do, in order to satisfy the customer. I've so greatful for his helpful information, and for the time he puts into getting the customer exactly what they need. I'll 100% be back for anything else i may need in the future. The absolute best service I've received compared to best buy, vision and future shop for sure.
