I have received exceptional service over the past 20+ years. Orlex has been in the business for a very long time, he's knowledgeable and can pin point an issue right away. The best part is that despite his vast experience and large clientele, he always takes time to check what is needed, unlike other places where you are charged extra for services that are not needed. The driver's window on my 2000 Jetta fell into the door recently.
After doing some research and calling a few shops, I stumbled across these guys via Google, and they met me at my office the next day and repaired it in the driveway!
