I have received exceptional service over the past 20+ years. Orlex has been in the business for a very long time, he's knowledgeable and can pin point an issue right away. The best part is that despite his vast experience and large clientele, he always takes time to check what is needed, unlike other places where you are charged extra for services that are not needed. I always trust that I will be charge fairly and he looks for a similar and less expensive car replacement, when possible.

The driver's window on my 2000 Jetta fell into the door recently.
After doing some research and calling a few shops, I stumbled across these guys via Google, and they met me at my office the next day and repaired it in the driveway!

Excellent, quick, affordable, professional service! I got a massive bull’s eye rock chip while commuting. It was too early for any glass repair place to be open but I took a chance and called Alvin’s Auto Glass. He answered, and arranged for a mobile repair several hours later while I was at work.
