Brian and his team are excellent in service and workmanship. I have been to several body shops in the past and JKPY tops them all! Very personable and good communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Brian and his team to anyone else looking for body work. The other proof of quality is that JKPY also are contracted to dealerships.

This place is really good. My boyfriend told me it is a family run business, they are honest and do not overcharge. Today I had an issue with my vehicle not starting and then it started so I was able to go there and have it checked out. Andrew looked it over and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. He mentioned maybe the starter could be the issue but its now working. They did not charge me to check the vehicle and took me at the last minute. Thank you Andrew and Jenny. Your Amazing!

I’ve been to all the “big name” corporate places that charge more and often leave me disappointed, until I found Carcone’s. They have excellent service with quality work, they show you a variety of options for parts and charge much lower than the “big name” autoshops. Chris, Dan, Louie and Joe have been very helpful with me. I wish I found these guys earlier!

I found Jon online after trying several other mechanics in the aurora area. He's a great guy, explains complex problems in a way that I can understand as I know nothing about cars. I went to Steve's Discount auto yesterday for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the owner who was knowledgeable, courteous and didn't try to rip me off. The price I was told on the phone was the price I paid. I will definitely go back. It's nice to find a garage you can trust.
