Ryan with Ableton Electrical Services was called on Nov 4 re. issue changing out kitchen split electrical plugs. He was knowledgeable on the phone and thankfully arrived at the end of my work day. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and I was happy to receive education on what he was doing. Only reason not getting 5/5 stars is he didn't have gel in the truck and had to return 5 days later to complete the job. I would use his business again.

Just recently bought a 2018 F-150 from Top picks. Excellent service, I have nothing but good things to say. I dealt with Anne, she went above and beyond to help me find the vehicle best suited for my needs. Customer service was excellent. Have been travelling here for Krown rust protection on two vehicles now-our local Krown isn't known for great service or work and well that last Rustcheck (local business) visit was not at all worth the headaches and staff seemed less than enthused/knowledgeable to be working in such an environment. Had heard Krown/Discount car wash In Sturgeon Falls was fantastic and really at that point what did we have to lose? Well we are not sorry we took that chance. fantastic service always!

Dan & his team do amazing work. They are VERY quick, courteous and efficient. After they leave you don't even know they've taken down a tree as everything is extremely clean. They've been here twice now and I can't recommend them enough. Give them a call, you won't regret it.

Saturday morning just before closing on our way home from hunting we need a tire and they look after us like royalty, get us back on the road and the price was more than fair. The young lads in the shop were awesome...even saw smiles. If I didn't live 5 hours away they would have all my tire work.

Great and friendly service. Tire's studded and installed. Dropped off the tire's for studs one day and installed the next. My old tires in a bag each in the back, with no appt. They managed to squeeze me in, definitely my new tire guy in North Bay.

Bonjour, nous avons dû arrêter d'urgence chez North Bay Toyota Scion, car nous avions un problème avec le hayon arrière qui ne fermait plus sur notre Rav 4. Malgré que nous n'avions pas de rendez-vous, nous avons immédiatement été pris en charge, un employé qui s'exprime très bien en français à fait la traduction pour être certain que tout était clair pour nous. They were very helpful when I called after my car broke down. With Covid tow trucks dont take passengers, Deans offered to pick me up to take me home. Then picked me up when the repair was done. They went so far as to call Nissan and confirm I had all the info I needed to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty, but I had no way of getting to North Bay or Bracebridge to a Nissan dealership. Highly Deans for auto repair! Amazing people!!!!!
