Even if I go into the sales area they are all eager to help and offer you any assistance you need. Pop-A-Lock replaced my mailbox key 2 years ago. I called today as the key has been getting stuck for quite sometime now, explained what was happening and he quoted me then said he would be at my place today. I thought the key was getting jammed and I needed a new key/lock. When the rep arrived, he put WD40 in the key slot, tightened the screw a bit and then everything worked fine. I feel a tad ripped off, that they could have suggested I try WD40 before paying a service call of $75. Not happy.

Wonderful job on my car, looks like brand new. Lots of stains on the cream fabric seats that they got out, the products they use aren’t overly scented we were very happy to get the car back without too much perfume smell. Couldnt be happier, with the fast and friendly service.
