For reasons of safety and piece of mind I need to keep my vehicles in A1 condition at all times. For that I rely on Brenda and Wayne's professional and friendly team. My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. Can't thank you guys enough!!! -Heather

these people go above and beyond to help someone in need! everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. i felt very well taken care of here! the staff will stay after close on a long weekend friday just to help you out! i live in edmonton and if i was evry looking for a car id make the trip all the way down here

Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. In the end it had to be towed. But they got the work done in record time as I had my vehicle back before the end of day. Thank you and your crew!

As always I was completely happy with the service. Mikes Auto has taken care of the Jetta since we bought it as far as I know. It is a 2003 and is still in great condition. Thank you Mike!
