I took my vehicle here to have my muffler inspected. Got a proper diagnoses and some honest advice that resulted in no fix being necessary at this time. A lot of mechanics might've taken advantage of my situation but they were 100% honest and did what was best for my vehicle. To top it off, they didn't charge me a dime! I definitely recommend these guys.

Thank you to the wonderful and kind and most helpful Amber Stewart of Connects Wireless Nelson. Located in the Chahko Mika Mall. Not only did I get a new cell phone and a great promo. I got all of my questions answered by Amber. I had been thinking of getting a cell phone for awhile. I had gone to other cell phone providers. Amber is the first one who really listened. She deserves to be recognized for her AMAZING customer service skills.

had a flat tire on our rv , they were very booked up, but allowed me to us their floor jack, and so i removed the tire myself, they repaired the flat for free !

Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest! Thanks Kal tire for having such knowledge friendly and well trained staff! I will be spreading the word!!

BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. Although I have only had a few dealings with this company I found them to be very fair and treated me with the upmost of respect and consideration. They clearly discuss with you what they are going to do and I have found that the final bills have been more than fair, As far as I am concerned I would not consider taking any of my units to anyone else.
