Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. As a general contractor, I have used Matt as a plumbing sub-contractor on a number of projects. He provides great service in a timely fashion, and always delivers excellent results. He is quick to respond when needed, and very fair in his pricing. I wouldnt think of calling any one else for all of my plumbing projects!
