Have been travelling here for Krown rust protection on two vehicles now-our local Krown isn't known for great service or work and well that last Rustcheck (local business) visit was not at all worth the headaches and staff seemed less than enthused/knowledgeable to be working in such an environment. Had heard Krown/Discount car wash In Sturgeon Falls was fantastic and really at that point what did we have to lose? Well we are not sorry we took that chance. fantastic service always!

These fast and courteous young men have always taken such care in a trusting manner. I found them after a huge hometown garage was writing off my vehicle and #suggesting I go next door to purchase a new one or repair at a price no less than $ 6000 . Jeff’s Auto repaired my suv for less than $350 and made sure I was completely safe. Bonjour, nous avons dû arrêter d'urgence chez North Bay Toyota Scion, car nous avions un problème avec le hayon arrière qui ne fermait plus sur notre Rav 4. Malgré que nous n'avions pas de rendez-vous, nous avons immédiatement été pris en charge, un employé qui s'exprime très bien en français à fait la traduction pour être certain que tout était clair pour nous. I was in a car accident Feb. 12th and had to rent a car while mine was fixed. Kelly and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure that I had a safe vehicle to drive. When the engine light came on the first rental, they quickly got me into another vehicle. They sent the rental with the engine light to the shop for a quick turn around so I could get that vehicle back. When the car was not available, they got me into the same car just a different colour. Amazing people to deal with.
