I see Travis for 8 months now, and there is no one massage therapist I have ever seen in my life like he is , He has the talent, magic hands can heal your body, he knows what he"s doing, after full massage of the body I feel like a newborn, I will recommend to everyone looking for RMT he is the ONE you have to see it, you will never regret . Everyone at the clinic is great. Very kind and accommodating staff. I was nervous about having chiropractic treatments done, but really needed relief for my back. Dr. Cruickshank was very patient and explained everything to me and before trying different maneuvers she always made sure to ask me if I was comfortable to proceed.

Bought a new stationary bike and rowing machine. When Adam came to put the equipment together, it turned out the seat on the bike was broken. They were very responsive and apologetic and not only replaced the seat, but actually exchanged the entire bike. Great service. Would definitely get all our equipment from HomeFit Kitchener.

Finally, a physiotherapist and clinic that didn't just stick me on a machine! There approach is unlike any I have experienced. They take the time to explain everything in ways I could understand! AND spent about an hour each session re-assessing and working on me. I have been on physiotherapy programs before where I needed to go twice a week for 6-7 weeks with no luck... Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. After a car accident led to a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders, I went to see RMT Natiely. She loosened up all of the knots and even helped relieve the tightness in my hips as well. I often have difficulty finding an RMT that will use the right amount of pressure for me, but she got it exactly right. Would highly recommend her!
