Aiko was very helpful and gave me exceptional customer service. I originally went to Humbertown Jewellers to inquire about a specific watch model. Aiko showed me a few models on display to give me a good feel for the brand. Luckily for me, by the end of that day, I had the desired watch model on my wrist. Gabriel was very helpful over the phone. Some stuff on the website had no price, but he went through everything with me and provided me with prices on the spot. He was very kind to me and answered all my questions. Brett was also very helpful and was prompt to send me an item (no charge) which i thought was missing (i found it and called him back). but they were both extremely helpful and kind, and responded within 24 hours to all of my emails. Very happy with their service and their team.
