Exceptional Customer Service. The driver arrived on time this morning. We were not ready. He was very patient and understanding. We under estimate the amount of concrete needed. But because the concrete is mixed fresh on site we were able to get the required amount to complete the job, saving us extra cost for a second order to finish the job. I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommended!

They provided a written quote up front. Showed up on time to do the work. The work they did was meticulous and went above and beyond (they had to move a tonne of stuff around the garage). More so, the scope of the work was also more than what they thought, but they did not change their quote. The final work product was excellent. Highly highly recommend.

I hired AK Level & Polish to level 860 square feet of space in my basement. Fazel was exceptional, answered all questions that I had, chose the right product for the job, and performed what was nothing short of a flawless installation. I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Evgueni and Dmitri. They were extremely thorough with helping me understand the process and steps they are taking to complete my stamped concrete driveway and walkway.
