Water was running down in our backyard. Septic field backed up. I called Brian and he came to see the problem when he said he would. He explained the situation…gave me a quote and when he could start.
He came to do the job when he said he would and stuck with the job until it was finished in a very difficult terrain.
He took pictures of what he was doing at all stages to document the job. Had the equipment to do a professional job. He replaced the top soil and seeded the lawn. Great Job.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Kendal today and she was super helpful unfortunately the item I needed was out of stock but she figured out a new alternative for me for my RV this place is an amazing place to go. We worked with Paul a few weeks ago to do the home inspection for our first home. He was super knowledgeable, patient with all the questions, meticulous, friendly and professional. I don't have words to commend his ethics and hard work.
Today, after moving in to our new place we panicked because there was some water on the floor. We contacted Paul (without a previous appointment) who came to our rescue very late in the night. This guy deserves a prize.

We have used Blue Moon at least five times now and have to say that the service has been exceptional.
The plumbers who have come to our home have been extremely professional, courteous and respectful.
In one instance the plumber was late but the person from the office called to advise that the plumber would be late.
The technicians always explain what they are doing and what the have found.
