I've never taken him anything he couldn't fix and he keeps his prices down. Last time I took my laptop to him and it turned out the problem was me. He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. I had the pleasure of speaking to Kendal today and she was super helpful unfortunately the item I needed was out of stock but she figured out a new alternative for me for my RV this place is an amazing place to go. Dylan of Mr. Rooter responded to our Service call to assess our Gas Hot Water Heater, because of its age, was replaced so as our Pressure Valve, Unclog our kitchen sink and trouble shoot our Carburetor.
Dylan is so professional in dealing with us, he has solved our problems very efficiency, and has done a fantastic job, not to mention all the “ maintenance tips” ” that he has given us.
For any of our future Plumbing needs, I will definitely call Mr Rooter Plumbing again & ask for Dylan!
