He made some great recommendations about the downspout locations and performed the work in a clean and efficient manner. His price was also extremely reasonable. A few years ago we made a sudden purchase of a condo. We received the possession while on vacation in Jamaica in February. We spoke to Mario prior to leaving and advised him of our needs to get the basement finished prior our tenants moving in on April 01. I worked with Nord Alta on opening my living room up to my kitchen and put in a new kitchen floor. I was going to be away for work so I was hoping that what I described I was looking for would turn out. I took their recommendation on the flooring company to choose (I LOVE MY FLOOR-Stone & Stix). From start to finish, they were very professional and nailed it! The steered me in the right direction on what I THINK I may have wanted to what would be best. Highly recommend them!
