Richard is celebrating 10 years as a Home Inspector. Experience is the first qualification your inspector should have. In ten years Richard has completed over 3,200 St. Albert and Edmonton area home inspections. Richard is a Certified Master Inspector and a National Certificate Holder. He is Licensed by the Province of Alberta, Bonded and carries full E&O insurance. From farms and acreages to detached homes or condos, Richard inspects all residences. “My background is in renovations and more specifically carpentry. I have been involved in the home building industry from the footings to the roofing. I am also a real estate investor and a landlord. My other experiences, as a Cinematographer and a CNR Signal Mechanic have focused my skills of observation and my attention to detail.
