Great experience with timelines set and were kept as promised, from first visit to time my car was ready. Updates were clearly communicated via text messages. Communications was excellent. Paul did an excellent job servicing my 2 garage doors. Balanced and lubricated the doors, replaced rollers. It's like I have brand new doors again.

Went in because multiple mechanics were recommending I go see a transmission specialist. For two years this tranny was slipping and stalling at stop signs, mechanic said I needed a new transmission from donor truck. Went into Benz, they spent a day analyzing the problem, checking leaks and stalling issues, as well as tough cold starts. Topped up fluids and flushed it, found the level ridiculously low. So mechanics all tried to get me to replace a tranny, that just saved me $5000, bill was $67.

A veritable cornucopia of eclectic items are sold here. Although they have their basic. stock merchandise, it’s the unusual stuff they bring in from wherever that sparks my interest here. I noticed in the previous comments that there were complaints about staff’s knowledge on the products but given that much of the stock can vary, it’s almost impossible for anyone to know everything. I go and browse the aisles and often scratching my head wondering at the purpose of this or that product...

We worked with Paul a few weeks ago to do the home inspection for our first home. He was super knowledgeable, patient with all the questions, meticulous, friendly and professional. I don't have words to commend his ethics and hard work.
