Very good product. Been buying it for many years. I would prefer a little less fat, otherwise the taste is great. I find the vacumpaks to be have less fat and takes up less space in my fridge.

The best Meat Cutter around. Jody does an excellent job cutting and preparing your moose. Great care is taken with each person's moose. Tagged and labelled immediately .You know that no mistake is made and you get your own moose back not somebody's moose. Would highly recommend. By the way they make the Best Moose Sausages around without doubt.
