I just had a furnace and heat pump installed. Kevin and Matt were prompt (to the minute!), courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. To top it all off, turned out the basement lights for us and even put our garage door down for us. Top notch - would highly recommend Richmond Heating and Air. Thank you very much!!

I walked in with a problem... walked out with a great running car and a bill below what was quoted! Never going anywhere else again. Personal service, mechanic obviously knows what he's talking about. Explained things in a way even I could understand (and I know nothing about cars). I had some concerns because prices are so low, but found out quick that just because price is high doesn't mean service will be better. Thanks so much! John is a kind and honest man. I was quoted $6,000 by another HVAC company - then John came in and he repaired the entire thing for $300! He figured out exactly what was wrong with it and it only needed a new fan. He has been doing this work since he was a teenager and he has five licenses; a very broadly skilled man.
