I have been most impressed with their product quality and diversity {especially the Crystal friends ?} of products, for such a tiny store.
The Manager/Owner on Mondays is so friendly and helpful, even whilst training new staff, and she always finds what I need.
The Assistant Manager on Tuesdays has excellent product knowledge and has such a lovely professional and genuinely kind vibe.

I have been a client of Northern Lights Optometry for over 5 years. Their front end customer service is excellent and Drs. Kisser and Gorrell have provided me with the best of vision care. I recently got multi-focals through them but they did not work for me, so, free of charge, they remade them into computer glasses, which are fantastic.
