These people are fantastic! I am new to needing an orthotic, and they were able to walk me through the process step by step. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and were able to tell me exactly what I needed to submit to my insurance for reimbursement of my portion of the cost. They were very patient, and I never felt like I was asking a stupid question (although I'm sure half of them were!). The appliance that I received from Grundy Orthotics is extremely comfortable, and I was able to wear it full time from the day I got it. There was no "breaking in" period that some other orthotists I spoke to warned about. I would highly recommended them to anyone that is in need of an orthotic device.

I went to Capital Home Medical Equipment for my CPAP therapy. They are excellent and would recommend for anyone in the Kanata and Ottawa area. The staff were very helpful and got me the best CPAP machine, equipment, and accessories in the market completely covered.

Thank you! Great service. Brought my mothers wheelchair in to replace or fix a split front tire. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Thanks to Jacque (technician) who helped me out. I highly recommend.
