Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I was delighted to have my vehicle checked over so thoroughly as the service repairs were completed with great regard to detail. I was advised to the time required and they kept their word. Nice job!

Baljit and his staff did some major work on my 1995 Avalon)-front and rear exhaust manifolds, y-pipe, flex pipes and catalytic converter, valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, front strut assemblies replacement w/ wheel alignment. I was able to source all of the parts, which drastically reduced the parts price. C3s labor was significantly less than other mechanics - and their work amongst the best I have seen, allowing my Avalon (with just less than 400k) to remain on the road!!! Al

My car's alternator unexpectedly started whining and getting louder. Tony had a listen to the problem and agreed the voltage regulator was shot. He had the exact rebuilt alternator I needed on the shelf and promised to have it installed within a few hours. Very straightforward and honest transaction, clean shop, great install, great price and with warranty.

had to bring a Dodge Stealth in for a flex pipe repair recently. I was quoted 200-250 which I thought was reasonable, and when the job was done I was pleasantly surprised to discover the bill was less than 200! I had spark plugs replaced and an engine oil change on my European car. Steve's Auto also recently changed my transmission oil, serviced all my car's fluids and tire needs. They were able to handle various leaks in the complex ABC system.
The owner was very creative to find a way to fix my broken glove box and that alone saved me over $3000 CAD. Very satisfied with the service.
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. They know what they are doing.
