This place is awesome! They helped me save $90 a month switching from Rogers! They got me a brand new smartphone for $0.00 and home phone, internet and tv for $60/month! I highly recommend stopping in to this Bell store to discuss your options. Their helpful no pressure sales staff solved all my problems and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing about the technology.

I have gone here for my daughters and my phone for the last two rounds and I am so glad I found them. it’s convenient to stop in after my groceries and they are super knowledgeable and friendly. even funny. value is very important to me and I always walk away feeling I got the best deal. I just wanted to let you know that I was at the Whiteoaks kiosk and and was helped by Doug the assistant manager and Mohahmed. Those 2 were great. They made a crappy situation into a great experience. My sons phone was broken and still had a pretty big tab left. They worked some magic and got koodo to wipe out one of my other tabs and got me all set up. I liked how they helped so I upgraded my own phone at the same time. The service was awesome and they made me laugh.They won my buisness forever

I have always ysed Schneiders for all my computer needs. Broken ipod screen, computer issues, new devices etc. I have always found each employee at all stores to be very knowledgable, very friendly, speaks in terms i can understand as a non computer person.
I have never been over charged, whoever says that has to realize they are a small family run business. Some of these reviews are harsh. Maybe its more with the customer than the business.

I brought my daughters phone there to get fixed, they couldn’t completely fix it but they got it working so she could at least make and receive calls. When I went to pay them they wouldn’t take any money because they didn’t fix it the way I wanted it to be fixed. I will definitely go there again if I need any fixes for my family’s phones!!

This location of Rogers is by far the best location for any information or service you may need from Rogers, staff is very courteous and knowledgeable and do not push any product. Very good experience......
