We had a wonderful experience doing business with Access Storage. We moved to Sudbury from Toronto on a horribly snowy day. Arriving late, Tara and her son offered to stay late so that we could move in. Everyone at access storage went out of their way to help us, even keeping forgotten items safe. The units were clean, well controlled, and secure. We recommend them unconditionally to anyone looking for storage. Thanks, Tara; your team made a few truly bad days easy and stress-free.

Have been a customer for a few years, storing my boat. Never a problem with the secure access, no matter the time of day. Recently sold the boat and was pleasantly surprised to have my monthly rent reduced..that was unexpected and only adds to the positive experience I ve had. I will definitely use this storage facility if the need arises in the future. Highly recommend.

The Vacuum Depot in Smiths Falls is by far the best experience I’ve had. The service is extremely professional as well as friendly. You immediately feel welcome when you open the door. After replacing our complete heating & a/c system, we had an ongoing problem with our programable thermostat which McCrea’s replaced under warranty. The system worked well for awhile until after a power outage, it failed. With no manufacturers support, McCrea changed it outright to another system which is performing well to date. Kevin & Chris are very professional & supported us through the lengthy process to finally make our system work well. We remain a very satisfied customer.
