Great builder! As a realtor I pay attention when the Wiens' homes are for sale in the resale market as I know there won't be to come up in the home inspection. It's difficult for builders to earn such a good reputation when they have to juggle the pricing changes in the market and still try to be fair to customers who would have backed out of a sale if the market went down yet don't want to pay slightly higher prices when the market goes up lol.

This is a lovely complex with 7 separate apartment buildings, surrounded by lovely, clean landscaping, including a paved pathway throughout, like a park, actually, and attached to a city park. Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, picnic tables and benches here and there with lots of shady spots to just hang out on a nice day. You'll meet many people at social events which are done monthly and so beautifully decorated, live music (or other things like line dancing, etc.), and yum snacks!

I have been going there for at least 15 years and have never had any significant issue. A very minor issue or 2 with a leaky tire over the years was immediately rectified at no extra charge.I would recommend 'Deals on Wheels' without hesitation.Very friendly,honest and fair priced especially compared to competitors.

Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.
