Mike at All City Water Service is a true professional. I was having serious issues with the water tank at a recently purchased property, and Mike came through quickly and efficiently. His service was prompt, his communication was clear, and the pricing was more than fair. It’s not easy finding tradespeople you can trust—Mike is definitely one of them.

Chris was very patient and understood the problems we were having with our toilet. The plumbers came a day early (with notification) and installed our new toilet within 15 minutes! The plumbers were very courteous and explained everything. I will go to them again for any plumbing problem.

I dealt with Trevor Lubinski, very friendly and knowledgeable. I am planning on going back to see him again and I would for sure recommend him to anyone. He's new so he asked me to share my experience with everyone I know so I really hope you can go see him :)

I called Bison for help on the Sunday evening before thanksgiving. They had an actual technician answer the phone (not an answering service) and was willing to talk the situation through in case he didn't need to come out. I have a boiler, and lots of service people don't do boilers, but he didn't hesitate to assist me, patiently going through the options with me, in a way that I could understand.
