Atlas came to take away our old couches before some new ones arrived. The booking process was easy and the staff was great from start to finish. I booked a 2-hour window and received a confirmation call about 15 minutes before the team arrived. The guys who came were courteous, removed their shoes, and knew their stuff! They were able to quickly disassemble the couch and remove the pieces. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again!

Richard and his team came to my aid in Jan 2018, when my basement garage was flooded. He responded to my SOS right away and analysed my situation. Work began early spring , digging additional trenches putting in drainage where there were problems and he problem solved by methods that were workable .His crew was remarkable ! A Saturday afternoon, with frigid below 0C temps and high winds buffeting us when I see a leak in the exposed sewage line. Called Drain Pro, who sent us a plumber as soon as he could get here. Alex rooted out the line (massive root and frozen blockage!) within an hour and got all running smoothly. Whew!
And to top it all off, Alex was extremely friendly and tireless. Especially considering the far from comfortable conditions. Left us feeling safe and relieved! Drain Pro definitely will continue
