Communication was great and the work was promptly and professionally done They repaired our existing damaged system and integrated new lines, then laid beautiful sod over our entire yard and it looks fantastic. These guys were very helpful with getting rid of my Rodent problem for me. I am eternally gratefull to them. They answered all my questions and i appreciate that they used products that will not harm my pets or children. They also came back a few weeks later to check that the rats did not return and they filled the entry holes that they were using to get into my home so they stay away. Definately a quality company.

Out of town client in need of (Emergency service) Clinic staff was fast friendly and thurough. Called for an emergency appointment at 8:00 a.m. was told we can come straight in. Our little "Mira" was imediately assessed received emergency surgury and was ready for pickup by 3:00 pm. The staff went beyond our expectations. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I purchased the ADL Spa hydrotherapy tub from Aquassure Accessible Baths Kelowna in 2012 in order to treat my advanced osteoarthritis. I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' The installation was straightforward and went without a hitch. My new tub is a very reliable and attractive addition to my bathroom. I now can perform my own hydrotherapy WITHOUT LEAVING MY HOME! I have no regrets whatsoever in purchasing this wonderful product. Thank you Aquassure for such a unique invention which helps me live a pain-free life without needing any risky surgery!
