I appreciated a business person who does what he says - showing up on time, and calling to confirm the time, not just sometime this morning or afternoon but an actual time, and your prices are very reasonably, I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of.

Last fall on very short notice I called Rob and the crew to do a repair on my main revenue trailer. I dropped the trailer off after work that afternoon and picked it up first thing the next morning. The work was exceptional and I believe he put three guys on it to make sure this would happen. The work was done well and quickly and his quote was bang on what more can you ask. Mark Betts re stippled our kitchen, living and dining room ceiling. He had to do some major repaires to the ceiling before he sprayed it. He also had his employee install a new outside door so that it is square to the wall, filled in crown moulding. All of this was done to perfection. His knowledge, expertise and craftmanship was amazing. We would highly recommend him to anybody. We are still stunned at how great the ceilings now look and the door. Great job Mark and staff.

My wife and I were in the store last Saturday before thanksgiving. The lady working the store was by far the best at any customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. By far the most thorough, best eye examination I've ever had. Dr. Zack took all the necessary time to ensure the prescription for my reading glasses was perfect and it is... my near vision hasn't been this good since my early 20's. I usually never leave a review for a business but I thought this would be useful for other people who are looking for TRUSTWORTHY & affordable plumbing services. I needed to replace the hot water tank & two toilets in my home recently. After receiving a few quotes, I decided to go with this company. They promptly scheduled me in around MY busy schedule & completed the work in less time then I expected. The plumber was courteous, respectful & explained everything he was doing.

Had a tree fall on my power lines and shorted out my Overhead power lines to my House. Called Mike Holmes and he had one of his electricians come over right away. He looked it over and they called BC HYDRO. BC Hydro disconnected my power lines while Holmes Electric put it all back together again. Within 8 hrs of the accident Holmes Electric had our power back on....and at a very reasonable cost. Very fast and efficient service by Mike Holmes and his crew. They will be my Go-to guys from now on
