I highly recommend this firm. We have had Lana help us choose interior and exterior colours, and custom blinds, draperies and furnishings as well. Our home has never looked so good! Neil and the other's are honest, very caring and compassionate. I have found them to be very helpful when I have any questions or concerns and they are up to date with Transit regulations for scooters & power chairs. After seeing Raintek replacing our neighbors perimeter drains, we decided to call them in for an inspection. The 2 technicians were polite and very thorough. They showed us on the special camera that our drains were in excellent condition and explained how everything worked. Thanks again guys:)

Great service from quote to finished job. Installer was experienced, professional and patient with all my questions and cleaned up and hauled everything away. Very happy with the beautifully done frameless glass shower enclosure.

The quality of the cabinetry and trim installation was 4.5/5 - we had to have a company installer return on 3 occasions after the initial install to complete work that wasn't finished correctly or not finished at all. The quality of the timing to complete the installation at the agreed to date was 3/5. Overall, I would recommend the quality of the cabinetry offered but would recommend clarifying responsibilities for organizing labour prior to signing contract.
